Neuro Balance היא אפליקציית אימון קוגניטיבי. המסמך הזה מסביר איזה מידע האפליקציה מעבדת, ואיפה הוא נשמר.
בקצרה: האפליקציה לא אוספת מידע אישי, לא דורשת הרשמה, ולא שולחת את הנתונים שלך לשום שרת. כל מה שנשמר נשאר על המכשיר שלך.
מידע שנשמר על המכשיר
האפליקציה שומרת באחסון המקומי של המכשיר:
- תוצאות ורמות במשחקים, כדי להציג התקדמות ולהתאים את רמת הקושי
- העדפת שפה
- מצב המנוי
המידע הזה לא עוזב את המכשיר. אין לנו אליו גישה. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת אותו לחלוטין.
מידע שאיננו אוספים
- אין חשבונות משתמש, ולכן אין שם, מייל, טלפון או סיסמה
- אין מעקב מיקום
- אין גישה לאנשי קשר, למצלמה, למיקרופון או לקבצים
- אין פרסומות ואין רשתות פרסום
- אין כלי אנליטיקה או מעקב אחר התנהגות
הרשאות
האפליקציה מבקשת שתי הרשאות בלבד: גישה לאינטרנט, הנדרשת לעיבוד רכישות דרך Google Play, ורטט, לצורך משוב מישוש בזמן משחק.
רכישות ומנויים
התשלום מתבצע דרך Google Play. אנחנו לא רואים ולא שומרים פרטי אמצעי תשלום — Google היא הצד שמעבד את העסקה, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה: https://policies.google.com/privacy
לניהול מצב המנוי אנחנו משתמשים בשירות RevenueCat, שמקבל מזהה אנונימי של ההתקנה ואת סטטוס הרכישה, כדי לדעת אם המנוי פעיל. מזהה זה אינו מקושר לזהותך ואינו משמש לפרסום או לשיווק. פרטים: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
ילדים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 18 ואינה אוספת מידע ביודעין ממשתמשים כאלה.
שינויים במדיניות
אם נשנה את המדיניות, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. שינוי מהותי באופן שבו מידע מעובד יפורסם גם בעמוד האפליקציה בחנות.

Privacy Policy — Neuro Balance

Neuro Balance is a cognitive training app. This page explains what the app processes and where it is kept.
In short: the app collects no personal data, requires no account, and sends nothing to our servers. Everything it saves stays on your device.
Stored on your device
- Game scores and levels, used to show progress and set difficulty
- Language preference
- Subscription state
This never leaves your device and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the app deletes it completely.
What we do not collect
- No user accounts - no name, email, phone number or password
- No location tracking
- No access to contacts, camera, microphone or files
- No advertising and no ad networks
- No analytics or behavioral tracking
Permissions
The app requests two permissions only: internet access, required to process purchases through Google Play, and vibration, used for haptic feedback during play.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payment is handled by Google Play. We never see or store payment details - Google processes the transaction under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To manage subscription state we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous installation identifier and the purchase status, in order to tell whether a subscription is active. That identifier is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or marketing. See: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Children
The app is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. A material change in how data is processed will also be noted on the app's store page.
